Holiday Home 'Steinrose' with Lake View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

At Landhaus Steinrose in Bodensdorf, Carinthia, you will find a charming 118 m² holiday home for up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (shower/WC). The open living and dining area features a fireplace, a comfortable seating area, and a TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, toaster, oven, stove, kettle, filter coffee machine, capsule machine, spice cabinet, milk frother, hand blender, and mixer. Large windows provide plenty of light and impressive views of the mountains and lake. You have access to private Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, and self check-in. Shower towels and bed linen are provided; please bring your own bathing towels for the lake.



A small holiday library is available.



Enjoy spacious terraces on two sides of the house as well as a private garden – ideal for families with children. Outside, you will find two loungers, a cozy lounge area with dining table, and a small bistro table with two chairs, each offering wonderful views of the Ossiacher Tauern and Lake Ossiach.



A private parking space with carport is available. Pets are allowed upon request and for an additional fee. Events are not permitted. Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am and midday rest from 12 pm to 2 pm. Smoking in the house is prohibited, and waste separation is required.



Lake Ossiach, train station, and bus stop are about 1 km away. Bakeries, restaurants, and supermarkets are also about 1 km away, ski lifts about 7 km. In summer, you can enjoy swimming, hiking, cycling, SUP, boat tours, water skiing, paragliding, and golf. In winter, skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing, ice skating, and numerous Christmas markets in the region are possible. The hosts live on site, but not in the holiday home.
