We were placed on the 4th floor, and then told that the elevator would not work going down. We were not told this until after we were already in our room. Not fun with kids and multiple bags. Our pullout bed did not have bedding. When I attempted to call the desk to get some, I discovered that our phone did not work. When I went to the front desk, I was given sheets but no comforter, as they were out. Kids were cold and woke in the night, as a sheet was not sufficient. My total bill was $245 for an uncomfortable and disappointing stay.

It was a very nice property. Very clean. Good breakfast especially nice they had fruit. I like yea with honey and they had honey. I was getting that just before leaving and inadvertently left a water bottle behind. I called Pam at the front desk who’d found it and she labeled it with my name and that I’d pick it up when we complete our move to Colorado the beginning of June. This is especially nice as the store I purchased the water bottle had gone out of business.
