Upon arriving, we waited an unusually long time for someone to come to the front desk and check us in. When a staff member finally appeared, they looked as if they had just woken up, which didn’t give us much confidence in the level of service. On our second morning, we were woken up by a barking dog. After about 25 minutes of nonstop barking, I called the front desk and was told the issue would be handled. Unfortunately, nothing changed—the dog continued barking for another 30 minutes. Overall, I was not impressed with this hotel. The service and experience fell well below expectations.

It was a pleasant stay. However the highway traffic noise kept waking me up and the bath was luke warm. We specifically wanted a hot bath but was disappointed with the temperature. So if your a bath lover, then check the water out first

Spark os a beach hopping cheat code

Great hotel and a great deal. Super close to shopping and beaches. If you are beach hopping the coast, this is one of the best places to stay for location alone. So many great perks to staying here.

The guest service was top box, I felt that they were glad we were there. The gym did not have a stationary bike, but was still nice. The breakfast selection was limited for my diet, but my wife found everything she wanted. And the coffee was delicious and plentiful! Top notch guest service.

Toilet in first room would not flush properly —second room, the grab bar in tub was only attached at the top, and bottom not at all. The water spout in tub was loose and coming out of the wall! The hotel was also hidden and very hard to spot. Very poor experience. Hilton should be ashamed to have their name on it.
