Discover this newly listed, open-concept studio gem in Exuma, located on the upper level, which allows for beautiful views of the ocean. This rental features two comfortable queen beds, a dining room area, and kitchenette. There is a separate living room area and a bathroom with a tub equipped with a hair dryer for your convenience. The rental also features a private deck perfect for sun-bathing and views of the sunset. Guests enjoy a welcoming atmosphere with cool ductless air conditioning and ceiling fans to keep things comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with an apartment sized refrigerator, two-burner electric stove, dual Keurig coffee maker for drip coffee and K-pod coffee, microwave, air fryer, utensils, pots and pans, and dishes to make your meal preparation simple. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this marvelous studio offers a cozy retreat with beautiful views. The Nixon’s rental was comfortable and clean. The location right on the beach was perfect for our beach vacation. The rental had a private deck which was ideal for early morning breakfast and relaxing outside. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen, dining and sitting room area was enough space for our group of 3. There were lounge chairs closer to the beach as this was an upstairs rental. The Nixons were always prompt in there response. If staying at this location I would define recommend using a rental car for at least part of your stay.

A great place to rent for vacation. Pretty much right between the airport and where the tour boats leave from Northern Exuma. Not too far of a drive to anywhere. There’s also an excellent beach just down the steps from the property. A few restaurants in walking distance as well. The floor plan is a little odd but the house has more space than it looks like in the pictures. The kitchen has everything you need, nothing too fancy (hotplate, microwave, air fryer, toaster) and it’s fully stocked with pots and pans. WiFi was fast, beds were soft, we froze to death in the A/C the first night. The best part is the view from the porch. There’s lounge chairs and outdoor seating up there to watch the ocean. The hosts are also very nice and I believe live below the property year round and can help you with checking in or any other issues. A+ highly recommended
