I got a refund and it went smooth so far.

Lets just say i dont recommend staying. Check your room very good before you take anything in there or stuff my come back home with you and wont even know it. They like your mattress too. I got a refund and i haven't seen a charge from them yet i will keep checking tho. The front office smelled like moth balls.

This location did what i needed it to do and that was give me a safe, reasonably comfortable place to sleep. It was basic, but sufficient. Cold water didnt work and i couldnt find an ice machine, but meh. I had a mini fridge to keep my tea cold and was just fine. May stay again.

The beds were smaller and there was minimal room to maneuver. We were upstairs and the cement and stens were old cracked. It was clean but TV had minimal channels and was fuzzy. Office was locked/ at 8 am and no way to check out. We left keys in mail slot at that door. Defiantly good for 1-3 people but recommend not going during calf fry weekend.

I knew it would be old and was ok with an old property but the walls needed to be washed down the towels smelled and shower needed bleach. I'm ok with dated and worn down but a good cleaning would make a big difference.

The pictures are highly misleading. This is a poorly kept facility and definitely not somewhere I would ever stay again. We booked this for 2 nights with our kids but after the first night we moved to another hotel. It didn't feel safe, was not very clean, and the room was incredibly small. The pool is green and slimy, door on the shower wouldn't completely close and was super short. The walls were pretty dingy and even the television didn't have channels that came in without fuzz. Would not recommend.

Inexpensive but not a nice option

Relatively inexpensive but poorly maintained. The bed seemed to be a queen size top mattress over a full size bottom. It was difficult to turn on the faucet in the sink - one had to jerk it really hard. On the plus side, it had a small refrigerator and microwave that worked. There was plenty of room in our room. The reception area was trashy. The bell to call the reception clerk (owner?) didn’t work. The wifi kept shutting off and the router was often unreachable. We only stayed one night. That was enough!

For the price I didn’t expect much but as soon as I got there the owner was sleep and had me waiting for 30 mins & then once I finally got to my room. I lifted the blanket to check for bed bugs and four roaches scattered. Then I went to get my refund and he took another 30 mins to wake back up.

Dishonest trash. Had reservations for 6 months. Management sold my rooms for more money since a concert was in town. But never cancelled with my via hotels.com. Tried to leave me stranded

I've never stayed at Amer Best before, I will never do so again. I know this is a budget motel, and I had doubts before arrival. Prices were crazy because of the concert weekend, so this was the choice I made. The beds were a joke!! Smell of smoke, few bugs, noisy, toilet continuously running, so many things... If my husband wasn't with me, I definitely would not have stayed there, I didn't trust the lock on the door! I feel terrible about taking my family to this place. Staff was friendly but no thanks!!

Only as a last resort!!!

The first issue was our door would not open. The hotel manager came to look at it and basically said we would just have to push it open to get in. The key would work, but the door would stick. Thankfully my daughter was strong enough to slam herself against the door to get it open. The outside of the hotel was not clean. Trash was all over the ground. The hotel is basically an apartment complex and not a hotel. Lots of strange people roaming around the lot and on the balconies. The outlets either don't work or won't hold a cord when plugged in. The flooring in the bathroom was not attached to the ground. Same with the shower. The walls and baseboards looked like they had never been cleaned. If we had other options, we would have checked out. However, nothing else was available in town. On a positive note, our beds were comfortable, but we definitely did not feel safe nor did we feel that the rooms were clean.
