The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, but would have preferred more options. There was no refrigerator for the milk that was just sitting out. Great location for our visit to OSU.

Room was gross. Previous guests trash in waste basket, something slimy on the wall near A/C unit, urine on toilet & floor, splatters on the mirror, dirty stains on the comforters. Sad…we really did like the suite layout, yet the lack of cleanliness was just too awful to overlook.

It was a great stay, but if you’re going to charge a parking fee of $5 a day please let us guests know. The BW website states free parking at the site. I think you should change that.

I loved my room and the hotel, only complaints was our TV and our room neighbors. Our TV had the talk back on and we could not turn it off. Which we didn’t ask for help so that’s our problem. But our room neighbors were very inconsiderate, got into their room very late 11pm and were very loud all night. They tried to come into our room through the shared door multiple times. Thankfully we kept it locked so they never got into our room.

The room (316) had no blinds and the outside lights were glaring in. We didn't realize until time to go to sleep. The front desk lady was great and helped find us another room on the same floor so we had to repack everything (a lot due to a big bike race) and get it to the other room and unpack again. That rooms needs to be fixed and if not, marked not to book. The second room's refrigerator didn't have the pieces to hold things in the door so it needs to be looked at too. (321)
