The ONLY complaint I have/had every time I have stayed there are the ridiculous pillows! I paid $1600.00 for 3 nights to visit my son in Stillwater, Oklahoma and I had 4 small square pillows on each bed. Do better. I will not stay there again just for that fact. I slept horribly and for the rooms to be triple and sometimes quadruple the regular price there is ZERO reason to not have adult pillows.

This is our second time staying at the Hampton in Stillwater while visiting our college girl. The breakfast area is great: plenty of nice seating and all the eating options. The rooms were clean and smelled lemony fresh and the bed were comfortable with crisp sheets. We like being next to Walmart and six street for easy access to everything.

I loved everything about staying here! The front desk staff was the nicest ive ever encountered. The hotel itself was super clean and smelled nice. The breakfast options were good. Check out time was noon which is really nice for those not wanting to wake up early on vacation. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Parking is easy and all of it close. I just thouroughly enjoyed staying here with my son

0/5 The pillows are small & flimsy like one’s throw pillows for a sofa. The bed was thin & on wheels that could skid across the laminate floor Only 3 of the 4 wheels of the bed touched the floor like a restaurant table that you put coasters under to keep from wobbling There was an ice bucket, but no cups in the room The ice machine on our floor was broken The room was very small, approx 14 x17. For $300 per night, I expected more as I’ve stayed in many nice Hampton Inn’s over the last 20+ years. We stayed 2 nights & our room was not cleaned. We received no fresh towels the second day until I asked for them at the front desk because we apparently had to request towels and a cleaning the night before. When I asked why my room wasn’t cleaned and why I didn’t have fresh towels, the front desk pointed me to a sign located off to the side that said: ATTENTION HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE NEEDS TO BE REQUESTED THE NIGHT PRIOR I told the front desk that when I checked in, it would’ve been nice to tell me that instead of hiding the sign off to the side & that I expected more for $300/night. The buffet was OK except that at 8 AM each morning, the coffee was no better than lukewarm, as were the eggs and sausage the first day. The second day, the eggs and biscuits & gravy were warm, but the coffee still was not hot. I’ll be calling their corporate office & registering a complaint I will NEVER stay at this Hampton again.

Disappointed to see the condition of this relatively new property deteriorate. Elevators are filthy and the pool was half full and nasty. Like most hotels the HVAC filters need to be replaced to give a fresher cleaner smell

Very nice experience for my 3 night stay. Comfy rooms. Clean. Breakfast was better than typical hotel food: good scrambled eggs, good apples. Coffee ok. Very friendly staff.

Check-in was slow, he said the system was down. Only one elevator was working. The water was off for part of the evening, but came back on. Then no hot water in the morning. The reasons why I didn't review our stay lower overall was because the property is well kept considering it's a college town and those are hard to come by. Price is competitive, location is good to OSU campus, the rooms, bedding and bathroom were all clean - the breakfast offers sufficient selections. We've stayed here before, so we are hoping the water mishap was just a rare situation.
