For a relaxing, low-key beach get-away with family and friends, this is the perfect place! This beach house is clean, comfortable and cozy - set up for relaxing with every possible amenity including a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor decked area with BBQ and comfy seating as well as down comforters on each bed and a clean, private hot tub in the fenced yard.

IMPORTANT NOTE :
THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR LOUD GATHERINGS IN THE BACKYARD. Several neighbors are permanent residents and would be adversely impacted by excess noise from this property. Unfortunately, this beach house is not the right choice if your group is planning a gathering beyond the stated guest limit of 6. We value a positive relationship with our permanent neighbors -large or noisy gatherings just won’t work, however this is the PERFECT place for an affordable, LOW-KEY, relaxing beach get-away.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Located in Stinson Beach Village just steps to the beach. House has Mt. Tam views. Perfect for one/two small families or two couples, this beach bungalow is adorable. Private, sunny, enclosed backyard with BBQ, comfy seating and hot tub. Pets are negotiable.

Such a lovely cottage plus the hot tub was a treat too! Well situated close to the beach. Can enjoy the sounds of the waves from the front patio. Wonderful vack patio for relaxing and dining. Perfect spot for star gazing too. Very enjpyable plus close to all the fun Stinson Beach shops, eateries. Pet friendly though we didn't have one

the house was fine for a couple of nights. the beds are very comfy, living room cozy, great big TV, and the hot tub was a plus, the kitchen has everything you need but items are not modern and pots/pans are not clean. there was an issue getting the heating going, the front yard was a mess, alarm for the septic tank went off in the middle of the night (every night!) and the street had some house bldg construction, noise that did not allow us to sit outside, the beach was great, just down the street, 10-15min walk to restaurants on the beach. the owner was attentive. I would not stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach cottage. Although it is cozy, the living area is very comfortable. We appreciated the gas stove which put out a lot of heat. The kitchen was stocked with all of the cookware, utensils and dinnerware you need. The hot tub was clean and relaxing. The entire house was clean, for that matter. Karen was very communicative. We would definitely rent this house again. Thank you!

Another great stay

We try to get a beach stay in at Stinson at least once a year. We love being able to bring our dog to enjoy the beach, weather, hikes and patio dining. We also need a place that allows us easy access to the beach and town and chill time in the yard. This house delivers on all accounts.And, the king size bed is so comfortable.Karen is great to work with-responsive and accommodating.

Amazing Beach Cottage!

This is our second stay at this great beach cottage -- super-close to Stinson Beach! Perfect layout for our family, with nice living room space, open kitchen/dining room, and three bedrooms. Televisions everywhere. Comfortable beds, particularly the king. Kitchen appointed with everything you could possibly need to cook extravagant meals. Backyard with hot tub (very clean!), seating and dining areas, and a gas grill. My wife and I worked for several days and found the living room table and the kitchen table perfect for taking calls -- fast WiFi. Pet friendly! Rent this great cottage!

Perfect Stay in Stinson

This property was great for myself and 3 friends during our long weekend stay while running a trail race in Stinson Beach. The location was amazing and the property had everything we needed and more. Perfect getaway!

We had such a wonderful week at this beautiful little cottage! The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and it was close to the beach (2-minute walk) and town (10-minute walk). We loved the hot tub and sheltered backyard. We will be back!
