Elevator broken for our whole stay. We have stayed here for almost 20 years when visiting relatives. In the last few years the quality has gone downhill. Slow WiFi cheap furniture cheap toilet paper cheap breakfast cheap and very few cookies . Very disappointing. We won’t be back.

Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was good and area very clean. The only downside was the girl at check in was rude and you can tell she cleary did not want to work. But the morning front employee was very sweet and helped me with info and booking another nights stay.
