Didn't like lifts with the scanning I think it would have been to scan to open lift and not inside. Great breakfast for my partner as he eats everything. Unfortunately I have food intolerances so found it a bit harder to chose. They did have lactose free milk which was great in my coffee.

Perfect service
The hotel was wonderfully airy in the foyer, but the room was just spectacular. So much space for this tired traveller, and the bed was delightfully comfortable. The location was easy to find and the staff at the hotel were simply lovely, from the warm and courteous reception staff, to the lovely ladies helping out with breakfast in the morning. And the chef for the breakfast itself was just superb. I couldn’t have asked for better

We have stayed there a few times now.it is only approx 20 minute walk from Railway station and 10 minutes to Potteries Centre. Staff are very friendly.
