Booked a last minute weekend away without even looking or caring where we went and have to say we were so pleased when we got here. Went for the half board deal, breakfast was nice, dinner was delicious but the cheeseboard - I want to go back just for that!! We were in one of the apartments and the place was so cosy and warm with everything that we needed and plenty of space.

Excellant, dog friendly hotel

Lovely two bed apartment attached to the hotel. Dog friendly making it a convenient stay for Cairnryan ferry port. Very clean and tidy. Excellant heating system. Portpatrick is a beautiful little town and would definitely go back.

Perfect stay

Love Portpatrick for a night away, 2nd time staying here, can't fault anything about the hotel, great price for bed and breakfast, they had a band playing the night we stayed. Staff are really friendly

disappointing self catering

basic self catering accommodation as we were not in the hotel itself. good service but unable to sort out the issues caused by hotel.com, ie we booked as B&B hotel .com. did not carry this through. beds clean but really poor mattress. needs a revamp and overhaul of beds and furnishing.okay overall for price we paid but would be really disappointed if peak prices were paid. excellent location
