A great little hotel directly opposite the station

This is our second time staying at this hotel. Very warm welcome, room upgraded and a complementary bottle of fizz. Room quiet, great air conditioning, nice view over the Plaza and very quiet.

We absolutely adored this hotel. Our suite room was huge with plenty of windows overlooking the train station square. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The building had old-world European charm with modern amenities. Our bathroom was huge and clean. Our only negative observation is that the mattresses on the beds were too firm.

5 star experience!

5 star experience at this 4 star hotel. Impeccable service, great location, beautiful hotel and reasonable prices. Large bathrooms were a plus. The only critique is that i wish the A/C was colder and/or blew harder in the room. The room was cool-ish but at night I needed colder temps. I would absolutely stay here again. You are made to feel that they've rolled out a red carpet for you at check in (felt like a VIP) and they were sure to greet you any time you returned to the hotel. A++

Wonderful 2-day stay.

Very friendly staff, room ready for arrival time despite it being earlier than check in, very clean and lovely shower and jacuzzi bath in our suite. Only slight downside is there’s very little hanging room in the wardrobe but there are other hooks in the room we could use.
