The location is excellent. We happen to have one of the smallest of the normally small rooms anyway so it was a little tight for us. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The option of the therapeutic pillow was sensational.

Hotel Hannong was a great choice for our stay in Strasbourg. It was a quick walk from the train station to the hotel, and easy walking to everywhere we needed to go. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and bathroom appeared recently updated. The breakfast was very tasty with many options and the newly renovated space was beautiful. Overall, I am very happy with our choice to visit Strasbourg and stay at Hotel Hannong.

Spacious room, older hotel so some creaks and general wear. Very friendly and kind staff! The two ladies assisting with breakfast were lovely! Angelica and Zina (?) were both very attentive to the guests dining for breakfast, quick with service and friendly! Thank you!!

Great central location, close to old parts of the town, lots of restaurants nearby. The main railroad terminal was only three blocks away. The hotel had been updated, and the staff was extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. I was very happy with the hotel!

After night one all was good

Check in is at 3pm. You can hand your bags in earlier but make sure they give you a ticket. Our 3pm check-in was a disaster as we were told we had a one-night booking (we had booked for 4 nights), hadn't been issued with a bag ticket and then we given a room which we wouldn't open. The cleaner then told us that it was already occupied!! The next room we were allocated did not seem to meet the criteria of a clubroom and had an extra bed posing as a sofa which just meant that there was not enough floor space. On going back to question this, I was told to wait while a large party was being checked in and then another couple were offered a change of rooms because their room did not meet the club criteria. We were then told that there were no suitable rooms available that evening. We were told that would would have to wait until the following day. At which point everything changed, we were allocated an amazing room and given a bottle of crémant. Breakfast was good.

This hotel does not provide parking at all, despite saying otherwise. Most of the roads and streets to access the hotel are no longer passable by car. Despite calling the hotel and asking for directions, they were not able to provide it. Only noon this hotel if you are able to access it on foot.

This hotel has excellent sound proofing from exterior street noises. We could barely hear anything. Room could be slightly larger but good for 2 guests with reasonable amount of luggages. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The service was also heartwarming. The location is also good and convenient, both to points of interests and the train station. We certainly enjoyed staying at this hotel.

The staff was very helpful and professional. They ve recommended restaurants ans places to visit. The location of the hotel is perfect for tourists. In the center close to La petite France and shopping. The room was clean, towels ans bathroom excellent. Decor also was in bright colours of red and with style.
