The location is excellent. We happen to have one of the smallest of the normally small rooms anyway so it was a little tight for us. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The option of the therapeutic pillow was sensational.

The staff were extremely friendly, but the hotel itself—currently celebrating its 100th anniversary—looks like it hasn’t been updated in decades. I paid over 200 euros for a very small room with curtains that looked worn and a bathroom badly in need of renovation. Overall, the property would greatly benefit from some maintenance and modern upgrades.

Staffs were very friendly. Room was supper clean and amenities were excellent. There are a lot of shops, stores and restaurants. 10 mins walking distance to the train station. I would come back to stay in this hotel for my next visit.

Hotel Hannong was a great choice for our stay in Strasbourg. It was a quick walk from the train station to the hotel, and easy walking to everywhere we needed to go. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and bathroom appeared recently updated. The breakfast was very tasty with many options and the newly renovated space was beautiful. Overall, I am very happy with our choice to visit Strasbourg and stay at Hotel Hannong.

Great central location, close to old parts of the town, lots of restaurants nearby. The main railroad terminal was only three blocks away. The hotel had been updated, and the staff was extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. I was very happy with the hotel!
