House rules:

🚭 This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will incur a penalty of €250 for additional cleaning fees.

🚫 Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.



🧹 Bed linen and towels, as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay, are included in the price. This includes changing bed linens and a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.



🧹 However, it is your responsibility to take out the trash, empty the refrigerator/freezer and microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you prefer not to handle this, you can order an additional "full cleaning" service for the apartment for €60 before your arrival. If this option is not booked in advance, and if these instructions are not followed, a penalty of €120 for cleaning fees will be charged.



📝 A digital contract signature and your ID will be required via the Yaago platform after booking, along with information for the police registration form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of those present during the stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to deny access to the accommodation.
