The apartment is on the first floor (no elevator) of a typical Strasbourg building with exposed beams bringing charm.

The building is located in the heart of the district of Little France, in the center of Strasbourg on the island classified World Heritage by UNESCO.

Located in the historic center of the city of Strasbourg, in the heart of the pedestrian area of the little France and a few minutes from the Cathedral.

The apartment is composed:

Un appartement charmant

Appartement charmant situĂ© en plein centre de Strasbourg. IdĂ©al pour tout visiter. Attention tout de mĂȘme : les nuits peuvent ĂȘtre un peu bruyantes.

Great location but lacking in standard amenities

Location, ease of access, and communication with property managment was all fabulous. . The property was clean and warm. But
the property itself was lacking. It provided the minimum of amenities. Other than toilet paper there were no paper products. The kitchen was barely outfited, and we were provided a used and dirty sponge for the sink. The sunken bedroom had three narrow steps going into it, with no handrail - dangerous! This rental would benefit greatly by just a tiny bit more TLC. Maybe a bar of soap for the bathroom, and some toiletries. Maybe some paper towels for the kitchen, maybe some nice towels for the bath instead of the old and scratchy rags provided. A few extra touches would turn the property into a first class rental.

Fhantastic place + very kind and very helpful Arnaud!

We stood 1 week at this place and we had an amazing impression of Strasbourg and we had a good time here. Especially the owner, Arnaud, is a wonderful, kind and helpful Arnaud. Sehr netter Ort und Empfang

Arnaud ist ein sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Gastgeber, der sich selbst um seine reizende Wohnung im Herzen der Altstadt Straßburgs kĂŒmmert und seinen GĂ€sten genau die Hinweise und Informationen gibt, die sie brauchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und werden gerne wieder kommen.

Ideal location

My wife and I stayed here for one week in April 2023. It was the ideal location to be able to walk to hundreds of different opportunities. It was great to be able to open the windows at night and get some air or just to listen to what was going on on down in the street below. Arnaud was a great host and flexible, especially when we couldn’t arrive quite on schedule due to trains.

Localização maravilhosa

O anfitrião é excelente! Nos ajudou em tudo que precisamos e ainda nos deixou sair mais tarde sem custo extra. Arnaud estava sempre pronto para nos ajudar. Inclusive, nos ajudou com a compra das passagens de trem! O apartamento é confortåvel, espaçoso e tinha tudo que precisamos. Acomodou muito bem a nossa família (2 adultos, 1 adolescente e 1 criança). Cama e sofå cama confortåveis. Aquecedores mantiveram a temperatura agradåvel e tinha ågua quente para todos nós tomarmos banho. A localização é imbatível! Cerca de 10 minutos a pé para a estação de trem e muito perto de todas as atraçÔes mais importantes da cidade. Fizemos tudo a pé. O prédio não tem elevador e o apartamento fica no segundo andar, mas isso não foi problema para nós. Com certeza voltaremos a nos hospedar quando voltarmos a Strasbourg! Muito obrigado por tudo, Arnaud!

Perfekte Lage in Strasbourg

Besser kann die Lage einer Ferienwohnung nicht mehr sein! Aus der TĂŒr und direkt im vollen Leben in der Altstadt, schnell beim MĂŒnster, am Kanal und ein Angebot zum AuswĂ€rts-Essen, das seines gleichen sucht - vllt auch besser, denn die KĂŒche der Wohnung ist sehr dĂŒrftig ausgestattet. Auch von "ruhiger Lage" kann kaum die Rede sein, denn das Nachtleben findet quasi vor dem Schlafzimmer statt - und wenn da grad Ruhe herrscht, legt der Nachbar im alten Fachwerkhaus mit irgendeinem Krach los. Aber das kann man ja erahnen, wenn man sich die Bilder und die Lage der Wohnung ansieht - ich habe mich von den Vorberichten blenden lassen, was die Ruhe angeht, was aber die allgemeine Bewertung nicht schmĂ€lern soll. Einfach ein bisschen eingerostet, was die Ausstattung angeht, sonst super!
