You will absolutely love our home, which is conveniently located minutes away from Route 80, near the New Jersey border. Our home features 4 bedrooms -1 with king size bed, other 3 with queen beds, additional private office room with a queen bed, 3 full bathrooms, huge game room in the basement with a pool table, ping pong table, poker, foosball table and a Queen size sofa bed for additional sleeping space. You will love the outdoors which has a private Hot Tub, 2 fire pits (propane and wood burning), Sauna, a beautiful flat large yard which is perfect for yard games and a private Heated 24-foot round pool.

This home is also located minutes from ski mountains where you can enjoy skiing, snow tubing, snowboarding, and zip-lining. In the summer months, you will love Camelbeach outdoor water park. For all year-round activities, you can visit Crossings premium outlets, which features over 100 stores, and visit Mt. Airy Casino or enjoy Kalahari indoor water park! Hiking, nature trails, horseback riding, canoeing, shopping, everything is only minutes away! You will absolutely fall in love with our home!

Layout of the home:

Master Bedroom with a king-size bed and a full-size crib (and a travel crib) is located on the second floor. Attached, the full master bathroom has a huge soaker tub. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4, all with queen-size beds, are located on the second floor. A full-size bathroom is also located on the second floor.
Our private office/den located on the second floor has a queen size bed as well as a small desk and chair for those who need to work in a quiet room.
The main floor has 2 living rooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a full-size bathroom, and direct access to the deck.
Lower level has a huge game room with a pool, ping pong, foosball, and poker tables. One of the sofas has a queen-size sofa bed, which sleeps 2 guests.

Check in/Check out: Please note check in is at 4 PM. Early check ins must be arranged 1-3 days prior to check in. We can only accommodate early check in if the home is vacant and ready, the day of your check in.
Check out is at 10 AM. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to check the availability for late check out.
"Unscheduled" late check outs not only affects us but also the next guest. In the event guests stay past check out without prior permission, there will be a $75 late fee for the first hour and anything after the first hour, guests will be charged the rate of 1 night stay based on the current nightly rate.
