Located in the picturesque Langezandt Fisherman's Village in Struisbaai in the Overberg district, Voete ini Sand offers direct access to a long sandy beach.

Comprising of 4 ensuite bedroom/bathrooms and another bedroom with a separate bathroom, Voete ini Sandra easily accomodates 8 to 10 people.

Offering a lounge with a fireplace and a large covered entertainment area with a 12 seater table and lounge suite and indoor braai that leadsw onto a large, fully enclosed garden with a pool and another covered braai area with an 8 seater table.

The home offers a fully equiped kitchen with gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher all all crockery and cutlery.

For the warm summer months, the bedrooms are fitted with roof fans while wall heaters will provide a cozy atmosphere during the colder winter months.

The home offers two large smart televisions with full dstv channels and uncapped wifi to the main house and entertainment area.

For longer term tennants, a cleaning service is offered twice a week.
