With comfortable gathering areas and room for guests to spread out, this home is ideal for family vacations, couples traveling together, or small group getaways.

Water Access:

- Dock available Seasonally (dock can be delayed to put into the water please be aware it might not be installed)

- 120 feet of private Green Bay waterfront

- Sawyer Harbor FREE Public boat launch is just 3 minutes down the road

- Watercraft docking allowed

- Water is approximately zero feet deep at point of entry into water

- Shore is mostly small and medium stones-though winter weather can change the shoreline year-to year. It’s recommended to bring water shoes to walk into the water.



Home Truths:

- No Garage Access

- Dock not always available to guests

- This property allows up to 2 well-behaved dogs. There is an additional fee collected at booking



This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.



Please be aware that you must sign a terms and conditions agreement, which will be sent to you separately, to finalize your reservation.

- Potawatomi State Park - 4 miles from the home, gorgeous park for hiking and biking, viewing tower with 20 mile views of Green Bay

- Fishing hot spot - Larson's Reef is 40 yards directly offshore from the beach at the home

- Scenic Sherwood Point - 3/4 mile from the home

- Excellent restaurants in Sturgeon Bay, 6 miles



Other Things to Note:

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:

• Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)

• A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.

• PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).
