The Channel Cottage

This beautiful waterfront home is in the Heart of Sturgeon Bay. Located on the North side of the Channel, it is within walking distance to the marinas and all downtown restaurants, shops and attractions. This newly updated home has everything! With four (4) bedrooms including a bunk room for the kids, this home can easily entertain your entire family with most bedrooms having its own TV/DVD. It also includes a 30 foot dock to keep your boat/pontoon and a 2nd story deck to watch the sunsets.

The property has a beautiful backyard with a fire pit and concrete patio for entertainment and relaxing.

Guess have access to free firewood and two kayaks to use during their stay

The location is perfect. Memorial Drive is quiet and has a sidewalk for running or walking purposes. It is also only blocks from downtown for shopping and restaurants.
