The well-kept cottage has about 150sqm and is located at the end of a small settlement in a dead end. The kitchen offers all possibilities for self-catering and cooking together with the family. The generous open living concept makes it possible to start the day in the dining area with a breakfast of 10 people and spend cozy, cozy evenings in front of the fireplace in the living area. You will feel at home here quickly.
A covered terrace, which lies behind an idyllic pond invites you to linger and is ideal as a barbecue area. Here you can enjoy the sun in the summer until late in the evening. The garden is fenced, so the small children as well as dogs can not move unintentionally.
There is parking for 3 vehicles, a garage and a lockable garaging for bicycles.
