Welcome to the Allgäu family Berger

Our house is on the western outskirts of Sulzberg surrounded by woods and meadows. From the south-east terrace you have a beautiful view into the green and the castle ruin Sulzberg. A beautiful garden with children's playground (swing, slide, trampoline, sandbox) surrounds our house. Sun umbrellas, sunbeds with cushions are available for you. 2 bathing lakes (Öschlesee, Rottachsee) are in the immediate vicinity (5-10 minutes / car). Sulzberg is located in the middle of the Allgäu Alpine foothills just a few kilometers south of Kempten, from here you have numerous possibilities for recreation of all kinds, eg Excursions, hiking, cross-country skiing or skiing. By the way, the cross-country trail passes our house, so do not forget your cross-country ski.

Besser kann man den Urlaub nicht genießen :-)
Super schöne große Wohnung, sauber und sehr gemütlich mit total bequemen Matratzen. Außergewöhnlich freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter . Wir haben uns alle wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt erneut buchen.

Absolut schöne und ruhige Wohnung
Wir hatten 10 wunderbare Tage in der schönen und sehr ruhig gelegenen Wohnung, die sauber und schön eingerichtet war. Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung von der Familie Berger rundum wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Wir haben 5 Nächte bei Familie Berger in Sulzberg verbracht und waren vollends zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, es gibt viele Spielsachen für Kinder, der Korkboden ist ein Traum für die ganze Familie, genauso die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit. Es gibt viel zu sehen und zu erleben, ein wunderschöner Badesee ist ganz in der Nähe und zahlreiche andere Ausflugsziele, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Vielen Dank ❤️

Eine wunderschöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung -liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein (niedriger schöner Zaun zur Straße). Der Grillplatz -mit Webergrill steht jederzeit zur Verfügung und der große Sandkasten mit Spielzeug im direkten Umgriff ist perfekt, wenn man kleine Kinder hat. Bei schlechtem Wetter hätten wir im bequemen Wohnzimmer ebenfalls viel Platz gefunden. Die Busanbindung nach Kempten ist sehr angenehm (Alle halbe Stunde.) Wir haben unglaublich liebenswerte, hilfsbereite (hatten Autopanne) aber keineswegs aufdringliche Vermieter kennenlernen dürfen und sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Große schöne Wohnung
Wir haben in dieser Wohnung zwei schöne, abwechslungsreiche Wochen verbracht. Die Wohnung ist groß und ordentlich. Die Lage ist prima, eine gute Ausgangsbasis, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Die Gastgeber-Familie Berger ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Meine Kinder und ich hatten eine ganz tolle Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung. Es ist sehr geräumig und alles vorhanden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.
