Great lodging in quaint town, close to via verde for walking and biking. The house has ample bathrooms and big common areas for larger groups.

TERMOSTATO

El problema surgió a la salida de la casa, nos viene un cargo de 293 eur por rotura de un termostato de la calefacción. Nos acusa la propietaria el día 17/08/2023 que hemos “arrancado el termostato” y en otro mensaje que “lo cogimos para ver la temperatura de la parte de arriba”. ¡IMPRESIONANTE PARA QUE QUERIAMOS TOCAR NOSOTROS EL TERMOSTATO DE LA CALEFACCION EN AGOSTO! Nosotros le indicamos a la propietaria que NO habíamos tocado el termostato, lo vimos caído en el suelo y antes de salir de la casa lo colocamos en la pared donde pensábamos que tenía que estar situado. (en ese momento estaba funcionando correctamente). LO MAS SEGURO ES QUE NO ESTUVIESE BIEN COLOCADO EN LA PARED Y POR ESO SE CAYO, EN NINGUN MOMENTO SE MANIPULO. Lo que me desconcierta son las diferentes opiniones de la Propietaria. 17/08/2023 12:47< Se cayó al mover la puerta para limpiar> 20/08/2023 –13.43 “Nos ha cobrado ,sin aportar factura del nuevo termostato,Nosotros somos personas cuidadosas y respetuosas donde vamos. (con decir que limpiamos los restos de la barbacoa y tiramos toda la basura al contenedor).Lo que me parece más grave es que siga pensando la propietaria que hemos tocado y manipulado el termostato, y que lo escondimos deliberadamente. SI HUBIERA ESTADO BIEN INSTALADO NO SE HUBIERA CAIDO. Es una persona que no se viene a razones .Ojo con esta propiedad, verificar todo antes de entrar.

Agréable séjour dans un bel ecrin

Nous avons séjourné à neuf personnes ce printemps, adultes et grands ados, dans cette maison. Très confortable et très pratique avec ces multiples espaces. 4 belles chambres et 4 salles d'eau favorisant la vie en collectivité. Un village très tranquille et proche de la nature. Un bel accueil de la part du propriétaire. Une adresse à recommander.

Recomendable al 100%, la casa cuenta con varios espacios abiertos donde podíamos estar las 10 personas que fuimos con total comodidad. Los coches pueden dejarse en la plaza del pueblo, que está apenas a 1 minuto de la casa. Loli fue muy atenta con nosotras y una anfitriona ejemplar. Repetiremos sin duda
