Our stay was very nice. They offered a number of options for breakfast. Very friendly stay. We left our coats and they went out of there way to ensure we received them at our next stop. Wonderful visit.

Great location when attending an event at Harbourfront Theatre and you are from out of town. Has an inhouse restaurant/bar but is also walkable to Evermoore Brewing. Hotel is definitely dated and could use an update. However, it is very clean.

The hotel overlooks the harbour and is within walking distance to dining options or walking the residential area with fabulous heritage wood homes. We found our room needing a bit of maintenance and bedding to be much too hot for the summer. Breakfast had a good selection of freshly cooked items, but unfortunately were not well-prepared like rubbery and stiff little pancakes and dry potatoes. The hotel was still good value and we would stay there again.

Pros and cons

The plus side of this stay: - very friendly staff -breakfast that was included accommodated very well, my GF/DF requirements -room was large On the flip side, this hotel is quite dated and could use some attention such as updated furniture, paint and cleaned up flower beds. There was no sign to let us know we were at the right place but I understand they are in process of adding a hotel sign.

Beds were to soft got a sore back children running up and down the hallways and screaming at each other from 4 am till 10 am keeping us awake showers and bathroom dirty grout work needs bleaching and scrubbing

For the price (shoulder season but still cheap) it is a great and pretty classy hotel. Room was better than any chain brand i have stayed at, and obviously updated and refreshed. Heating/cooling system was powerful. Pool is not huge but perfect size for quiet swim. Everywhere was super clean. Free breakfast, not huge selection but very good bread pudding and warm caramel sauce in the buffet!!! Friendly staff too.
