I love the amenities in the room. The stove especially is amazing. One thing they could do is place automated doors in the entrance so u can enter and exit smoothly with the carts. Overall, it was wonderful. 👍👍

Very please to say i came from Boston trying to sell my house in Sumter sc the ladies at the front desk made me feel welcome the room was clean and peaceful im coming back and bringing family real soon only problem fire alarm went off 2.30 or 3 a.m the last night i didn't mind cause i was getting up anyway to drive back to Boston

DON'T GO HERE

DO NOT STAY HERE! From bugs in our first bed to a 2:30am evacuation to incompetent management this place is awful! Management would rather argue with you than give you any compensation for problems with the rooms and their mistakes. Alert: handicapped rooms have awful beds that are on a base only 6 inches off the ground! Will NEVER stay here again.

This was my first and last time staying here. This was a new hotel and for $159 per night I guess I expected at least a continental breakfast but there was no breakfast. Next there was not a front dest person 24-hrs a day as you expect at other hotels. After hours concerns are handled by calling a number. With that being said someone or people (mostly minors) were playing on the elevator and playing knock knock and running away throughout Saturday night and also was playing with fireworks inside the hotel room which caused the fire alarm to go off at 2am. We had to evacuate the building. I believe if someone was there they could have possibly eliminated the problem. The hotel compensated those that did not reserve the hotel online through this platform. My advice book with the hotel directly. That way if anything happens you have a better chance of getting some type of compensation. I will not be using hotel.com because it is extremely difficult to get any financial compensation..

Our first night wasn’t great the floor kept alot of moisture. Then comes a huge bug . They said it was a water bug, to me it was a huge roach that I didn’t want any in my luggage to take home.

The room had roaches and the fire alarm went off at 3 in the morning and they didn’t want to compensate anyone for the inconvenience, no room service, no breakfast, the price of the rooms is definitely way too expensive compared to the services, 3 out of 5

Good location. Clean. Thin walls, heard knocking all night. Beds very low & flimsy. Elevator did not work so had to use stairs. Front desk rarely answered phone. When requested extra wash cloths they never brung them. I only gave 3 stars for cleanliness.

The elevator did not work my entire stay. I was placed on the third floor. The hotel is described as an extended stay hotel per the Saturday day representative at the front desk. With that descriptive statement this was the qualifier for not having an ice machine on the property. The room was clean but no dishes or pots. The representative did ask if I wanted pots. There is no individual iron and ironing board in the room.

This being a new hotel o have to give some concession, however there were a few glaring concerns. This being a suite style, the rooms are equipped with utilities such as cook stove and microwave, however none of these appliances were functional in the room. None even had power. The light switches in the entry way did not function either. The room while new was not well equipped, lacking basic necessities such as a coffee maker or even water cups. The front counter offers upgrade packages for cooling kits however water glasses should be provided. The toiletry amenities also lacked as you are only provided a single small bottle of shampoo and a single bar of soap. The bed frames are metal and the floors are vinyl, with no padding in between, so the bed slid all over any time you lay onto it. Overall, not an amazing experience but there is potential. I hope to return and have my mind changed.

Upon arrival we could not get into the hotel. They were not there for at least 10-15 minutes. The clerk was busy attending to several problem in the hotel. They didn’t have irons or ironing boards available. The staff seemed like they were not properly trained or didn’t care about what was going on in the facility. The lights upon entering the room didn’t work. We used the bathroom light and the lamp near the bed for light at night.
