Brand New Spacious 3 Bedroom with ski-in/ski-out access via the new Orient chairlift

Sun Peaks Resort is the 2nd largest ski rea nestled in the beautiful mountains of British Columbia and is an ideal destination for your next family and friends vacation in either winter or summer.
Looking for a different vacation experience for your family or group? How would you like to enjoy your own private hot tub? Echo Landing is Sun Peaks latest townhouse development and Echo Landing #02 is full of new amenities. Ski-in and Ski-out! To Ski-out you only need to cross the street and ski down towards the Orient Chairlift and Morrissey's Chairlift.
Echo Landing 02 has 3 levels and a wide-open layout on the main level. Be entertained in the living room watching movies on the large flat screen TV. Take a book down from the bookshelf and relax in front of the fireplace with a view of Mount Morrisey. The large kitchen has all new appliances and accessories for cooking your own favourite meals. There is also a computer work desk near the living room. After the family finishes skiing, they can relax in the hot tub and even jump in the hot tub before bed for a good night?s sleep. The dining room table can seat up to 6 people and the breakfast bar comes with 4 stools.
There are 3 bedrooms in the complex. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and an ensuite. The other 2 bedrooms are equipped with bunk beds (queen/double and double/double). It is 1507 sq. ft for a maximum of 8 guests.
The unit offers a washer/dryer for doing laundry, and a BBQ.
Sun Peaks Resort is not only just for skiing as there is Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, sleigh rides in the winter and golf, mountain biking, hiking, horseback rides and a weekly farmers market in the summer.

Updated, spacious unit with many amenities

What a lovely place to stay! The house was nicely updated, clean and well laid out to accommodate 8 adults comfortably. The host replied to questions quickly, and check-in and -out was easy and convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and clean

We enjoyed our stay, it was comfortable and clean. We had plenty of seating for our whole group. Great location with a short walk to lifts and you can ski back to your unit at the end of the day. Overall I would recommend it.

Was good place to stay with the kid and grandparents. Only issue was ice build up to walkway to hot tub caused to slip. Overall recommend the locations and space.
