Hi Curtis, I am sorry to hear you had to wait longer than usual to Check in. I spoke to the Front Desk agent and she said that she had minor checking in with a coach and was having to get parental permission and that is why it took longer than usual. We are Sorry for the inconvenience.

Next time I will book directly with hotel. It was my fault for not looking at the fact the room rate increased with each night stay.
