최악입니다
업체 측에서 외국이 본사인 온라인 예약사이트를 확인도 제대로 하지 않아 오버부킹이 되었음에도 환불은 호텔스닷컴을 통해 알아서 하라는 안내를 했습니다. 어처구니가 없는 것은 환불 접수를 한 이후 호텔스닷컴 측에서 해당 업체에 확인하기 위해 연락을 수차례 시도했음에도 해당 업체 측에서 연락을 받지 않아 환불 받는 데 수 주가 걸렸다는 점입니다. 해당 업소가 고객을 받을 때 해야 하는 기본적인 업무조차 하지 않은 데다가 문제가 생겼을 때 무책임한 태도로 일관했기 때문에 호텔스닷컴 측과 전화하고 이메일을 주고받느라 시간을 너무 많이 낭비했습니다.
