Elektriciteitskabels hingen uit het plafond. Werd nooit gefikst. Ook niet na aanvraag. Licht woonkamer was stuk bij aankomst. Werd pas na een paar dagen gerepareerd.
Ik had slaapbanken maar dat waren de slechtsten waar ik ooit op heb geslapen.
Bij aankomst was ik €50 euro borg vergeten mee te nemen maar dat kon ik bij de receptie niet pinnen. Moest naar buiten naar rechts voor pinautomaat. Eerste keer daar. Geen idee hoever naar rechts geen enkele aanwijzing. moest 2 keer lopen want was verder weg dan ik dacht. Bleek daar niet te kunnen en moest dus zelf op zoek naar een andere ATM. Geen hulp van receptie. die overigens Zelf ook enorm ver van het hotel is verwijderd.
Door een stom misverstand had ik geen all inclusive en moest ik extra betalen voor eventuele schoonmaakdiensten. Bij navraag waar ik dan het beste kon eten kreeg ik als antwoord: ”at the city site.” Geen verdere aanwijzing waar ik naartoe moest. superbot. “is dat op loopafstand vroeg ik. “ ja alles is op loopafstand was het antwoord. Alsof ik daarmee wist welke richting ik op moest lopen. De route werd me uitgelegd door andere toeristen die gelukkig behulpzamer waren dan het personeel.
Bij vertrek moest ik echt driedubbel keer checken en over en weer bellen dat mijn transport naar het vliegveld tijdig zou vertrekken, omdat ik steeds de foute tijd doorkreeg terwijl deze info via de mail al duidelijk had moeten zijn. Sunny Beach was leuk maar naar Menada Apartments ga ik nooit meer.
