The room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent front desk, bar, gym, and telephone service. Multiple close restaurants in walking distance; some open late. Close to metro train station; 5 minute walk. I had one issue. I wanted more tea. The housekeeping did not read, understand, nor speak English. She was unable to understand a simple request for tea or anything else. She was throwing away items I had said not to touch. She came in the room after being requested, no Service. This was disappointing. I later found out they had variety of teas after I went out searching and purchased tea.

Wish they have hot coffee in common area. Model hotel and Expensive rate but very tight/tiny. Big lobby but that tiny room. The deposit is $150 and reservation of mine is non refundable even the National Weather high wind alert. In addition, I cannot close the shower glass sliding door without removing everything from the wall. Design is stupid. Also another glass sliding door outside restroom. The AC unit is on the ceiling. No room for dinner as the table is so tiny. Very inconvenient. A little more greetings is better as we come for holiday. Overall with the price I paid, there are better other choices.
