You’ll have full access to the home and outdoor spaces, except for the locked supply closet used by our cleaning team.
Your check in instructions will go out 48 hours ahead of time.

STRICT NO PET POLICY: This property has amenities that make it unsuitable for pets. Please make other arrangements for your pets during your trip. If, after your stay, we find evidence of pets, you will be charged a standard fine of $1000 cover carpet and upholstery cleaning and for compensating the next guests for delayed check-in.
EXTRA GUESTS FEES: The price quoted includes a $30 per-person-per-night fee on bookings for more than 8 guests. The extra fees apply up to 16 guests for a maximum of $240 per night for more than 16 guests.
EXTRA CLEANING FEES: We expect guests to maintain this property as they would their own home, keeping things tidy, doing dishes, and cleaning up messes as they occur. If the home requires extra cleaning for things like spills, stains, trash lying around, spa or pool water contamination, or similar, we will reach out to request a reasonable extra cleaning fee. Thanks in advance for being a 5-star guest in our home!
NO PARTIES. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors. Excessive noise violations - especially after 10pm - may result in immediate termination of the stay.
PARKING: Room for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. No street parking. No trailers of any kind allowed to be parked in the driveway per HOA rules. Best local option to launch a boat close by is Lake of the Ozarks State Park PB2. $5 to launch boat and $15/per night for overnight trailer parking.
