This very practical floor plan combines the family room and kitchen into a functional open space, perfect for food and fun. Fully furnished kitchen comes complete with refrigerator, microwave, built in ice maker, toaster, coffee pot, pots/pans, eating utensils, linens, etc., oak cabinetry, dining bar with seating for 2-3, also dining table with seating for 6-8.
Living area includes sectional with outside lake views through sliding glass doors leading onto the lower-level deck. The lower-level deck provides excellent views overlooking the lake and comes furnished with propane flat top grill, regular propane grill and patio chairs. Lower/Main Level also includes half bath.

We have a Strict Guest limit policy NO MORE than 6 adults allowed or 8 people including kids. Any extra guests will result in cancellation before and/or during stay.

NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 6 exterior security cameras: 2 cameras are located at the front of house facing the entry door and parking, 2 cameras located on back of house facing dock/water, 2 cameras located on dock facing each boat slip. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras actively record video and sound when activated by motion
