Sunset Beach condo at Sea Trail. Located on the golf course and minutes from the beach. This condo is an ideal size and layout for families, friends, or couples out for a rejuvenating coastal retreat. Your favorite relaxing spot will quickly become the condo's private screened-in patio for outdoor enjoyment, where you can unwind with a good book and admire picturesque views of the golf course beyond.

Our deluxe two bedroom villas feature two full-size beds in each room and two spacious bathrooms. Villa offers a living room with a separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, washer, and dryer, plus a porch overlooking the resort's natural surroundings. Mini-villa also features a microwave oven, toaster, refrigerator, sink, and seated eating nook.

The condo's decor is beach-inspired with, plenty of comfortable furnishings and all the essential amenities of home, including air conditioning, three flat-screen TVs with cable, and WiFi for your communication needs. Guests can prepare delicious home-cooked meals in the unit's bright fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the vital cooking appliances.

This condo serves as a terrific home base for golfers, as well as for those looking to explore everything Sunset Beach has to offer. Indulge in invigorating morning walks throughout the Sea Trail community before playing a round of golf on one of the three picturesque golf courses on-site at Sea Trail.

There were some issues, but they were addressed by the property management and the cleaners came back in on Wednesday before we left on Thursday. I think it’s a nice place just dated and maybe he needs a little refresh. My only complaint is the cleanliness when we first arrived and some broken Things in the kitchen that were addressed overall it was a good stay.

We have stayed at this place 3 times and love it evertime. There was an issue with the air conditioning at the beginning of our stay but the communication was excellent and they did everything possible to make sure we were comfortable. I will definitely be coming back.

Overall the stay was GOOD. Initially, had trouble with the lock gaining access to the property but the property owner/manager was quick to respond. The area Was under construction with underground cables and a water line brake which forced us to go without water one night and curtailed a warning NOT drink the water. The beds were firm and very comfortable. I recommend you bring your ownKreig Coffee maker. I would stay at this again in the future.

Sunset Vacation 2025

A good friend and I have stayed at this condo for the past 2-3 years and we continue to enjoy our stay. It's quiet, comfortable and close proximity to restaurants, shops, etc. The property manager is very responsive and check in and check out is smooth. If I had to make one suggestion it would be to leave trash bags to replace that are being thrown out to the garbage. Thanks again for a comfortable stay at your condo.

Awesome Condo!

We enjoyed every aspect of this rental!! The condo itself is spacious and tastefully decorated! The screened in porch overlooking the golf course was peaceful, relaxing, and entertaining as we watched the golfers! The elevator is a plus given the location on the third floor...had the option of elevator or stairs for exercise. Great location! Easy access in and out of Sea Trails and felt very safe walking in the community. We were in close proximity to our favorite beaches, shops, and restaurants. Quiet and peaceful! Communication with owner was easy, effective, and timely! Description of amenities was accurate. Only suggestion would be to explicitly state that guests are responsible for daily use items (e.g., napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.). Not a big deal given nearby shopping but would have been easy to pack and bring along. Thanks to the owner for providing an all around amazing rental...we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!!

Restful and relaxing place.

Me and my husband enjoyed our stay. We came to sunset beach area for our Anniversary stay! This place was perfect, it was quiet like we wanted and far from business of the beach life , but still close enough to the beach when we were ready to go there. Very close to everything, between 8 to 10 min away from restaurants and beach and grocery stores. Places we enjoyed was Sarah's kitchen for breakfast and lunch. Fibber McGees Irish pub restaurant, great fish and chips, crab catchers was great sea food restaurant. Oyster Rock was great. Calabash creamery was our favorite home made icecream place. Drift coffe shop and kitchen has great coffee and yummy breakfast items. This place had a feel of suclusion and conviniense of things and places close by. Would stay again.

Overlooking 10th hole on Byrd golf course

This property had a good location overlooking the Byrd 10th golf hole. We needed a 3 month rental while we were relocating to the area. The unit met most of our needs. Plenty of space for the 2 of us. The unit was clean inside and decorated nicely. TV's could have been larger. Kitchen pans & utensils and bathroom towels needed serious upgrading. Outside (common area) maintenance could also have been better/cleaner. Property manager was very responsive to our communications. Overall a nice place to stay. Would stay there again.

Clean and comfy at the beach

A very nice 1 BR lockout and 1 BR condo in a golf community. The owner was immediately responsive to minor questions via text and was very easy to work with. There are 4 double beds and a sleep sofa so you could actually sleep a lot of people in this unit. Not a big living room, though. Fine for us plus 2 more but more people might be a little crowded. I would rent this unit again for sure. Elevator was a plus!
