This tastefully decorated beach house is in fantastic condition, with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and is fully equipped with a modern kitchen and spacious lounge and dining room.

This property has two car spaces, pool, ceiling fans throughout and air-conditioning in both the Queen bedrooms and lounge room. There is even enough room to park your boat! All you have to do is walk in, relax and start enjoying the lifestyle.

On your doorstep are remarkable walkways that follow the coastline, and it's only a very short stroll to the patrolled Kings Beach, shops and restaurants.

Unfortunately this home is not as advertised

A wonderful location close to Kings Beach. The home itself is quite old and run down. Not at all as light and airy as it appears to be in the photographs. The property in front is under construction and a 2 story home has obstructed the beautiful view advertised in the photos. The yard has a large lawn space but unfortunately it is not enclosed so there isn’t a safe area for children to play.

Great location but house getting a little tired

Spent a lovely 10 days here, easy walk to Kings Beach and surrounds. An older home but still comfortable. Sadly looks like it will potentially lose its ocean view with a new build in front.

Great beach family holiday

As a big family we struggle to find suitable accomodation for holidays. 5 Marg St is convenient enough that our teens were able to walk to Kings, safe for our littlies to swim at the pool and within good distance to shops and supplies. The layout fit us nicely and we felt at home.

Great location

We stayed four nights, and found the house very roomy and well presented. Great location to walk to the beach, club and coffee shop. Plenty of walking paths in either direction for those that like to get some exercise.

Long weekend restoration

There were four of us , all mature girls , so this was perfect with 4 separate bedrooms. Beds were really comfy and the kitchen was equipped with just about anything you could want. A short walk to the beach and the tavern and surf club. Really good property, would recommend highly.

Weekend in Caloundra

An older house, attractively renovated. Managing agents web site very unwellcoming - was as if we were taking on a long term rental - threats of no cleaning materials or even toilet paper on arrival were actually unfounded. They were pleasant enough in person, but if I'd read all that before I'd paid the full non refundable amount, I would have found somewhere else to stay. And I still haven't been refunded deposit, 5 days later

Loved this house and pool. Very well equipped and clean, the pool was great in size and nice & warm, the location was great and the view was amazing, could never tire of that view, we had a lot of lighting storms, which was spectacular to watch. Unfortunately never got round to having a bbq. Only suggestion would be some lighting around the front steps. (Very dark at night) amazing house. Thank you for hosting us.
