8 Springfield Avenue

Spread across two spacious levels, this beach house is set amongst tropical gardens on the edge of Stumers Creek, just a short walk from the beach, shops and park. With its own private jetty for catching mud crabs and Mangrove Jacks, a fully fenced back yard to keep pets and children secure and an inground swimming pool, this is a perfect vacation home for everyone.

Guests are welcome to bring their pets (for an extra fee), and can enjoy relaxing on one of two decks overlooking the swimming pool and garden or make use of the BBQ and prepare a meal to share with family and friends.

Upstairs - The upper level of the house has a kitchen with modern appliances, large fridge/freezer and breakfast bar, the main living room with leather lounge suite and LCD TV as well as a dining area to seat up to eight people. The master bedroom with ensuite is on this level.

Downstairs, guests can relax in the rumpus room furnished with a 3 seater lounge and LCD TV, while the main bathroom as well as the second and third bedroom are located on this level. Both bedrooms are fitted with queen beds, air conditioning and ceiling fans. 
Additional features of this property include car parking for two vehicles, laundry and the close proximity to the Stumers Creek dog beach. Just a short walk from Coolum's main esplanade, this home is perfect for anyone looking for a tranquil beachside escape with conveniences at your fingertips.

Peaceful stay

The location of this property is perfect; we had our dogs with us, so the short walk to the dog beach could not have been better. The shops are very close and the house is well appointed. I would definitely give this home the thumbs up

Perfect family and dog friendly

Three generations had a comfortable and fun stay. Close to dog friendly beach , roomy home upstairs and down 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and laundry, lovely outlook from large verandah, backs onto Stumers Creek. Great pool and bbq - everything needed and beach and shops easy walkable distance. Will return!

Beautiful location

Beautiful location and property Pool was AMAZING Jetty out the back was also amazing House was huge and lots of space for everyone to be comfortable Property location was great, we went for early morning walks every morning nice and close to everything we needed We had issues with the tv the first couple of nights / also both tv werent smart tvs - we had to waste time and money to go and buy the goggle chrome to watch streaming services The showers were not great , low water presure made it hard to wash my hair The biggest thing that we didnt like as a whole was the property owner had 2 kyacks in the garage that our teens were excited for then found out they had a sign saying owners use only and they were locked up! I think if they were not for guests to use they shouldnt have been there, we had to spend $400 to hire kyacks bacause the kids seen them and wanted to kyack ( this wouldnt have been an issue if they werent there to begin with ) Overall nice property, had a nice tiime Property managers were amazing easy to deal with

Short walk to Coolum dog beach and easy walk to Coolum main beach, lovely verandas, creek vista and pool. Great for teens downstairs and parents upstairs.

Property is in good order and easy to live in. Street is away from shopping and patrolled beach. It is a convenient walk to the above precinct. Really enjoyed our stay.

Coolum getaway

This is a beautiful property. The pool was to die for, so handy to the dog off leash beach and so close to the shops and restaurants. Lots of room to move and so important for a relaxing stay. The realestate was awesome.

Bliss by the river

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at this property. The location was excellent, just a 350m walk through the bush to the beach. The property was very peaceful with a gorgeous pool and river outlook. Ideal for numerous couples or family with older children as everyone had their own space.
