PROPERTY DETAILS
The apartment is open, airy and with views straight out across the Pacific Ocean. You are absolute beachfront here and will be mesmerised by the stunning views. This apartment is on the first floor with lift access from the basement parking, or ground floor entrance.
The beach is directly opposite and only 200 metres south to the Alexandra Headland Surf Club.
This 2 Bedroom Apartment has:

The whole apartment has ducted air-conditioning with an overhead fan in the master bedroom.
The apartment has free and unlimited NBN high speed internet.
The verandah is perfect for taking in the views, watching the world go by, or simply gazing out across the ocean. With ocean breezes coming straight across to you, you will rarely need the apartments air conditioning.
The kitchen has a cook top, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and all items that you would need for cooking. All cutlery and crockery is supplied.
The bathroom has a large bath however this is not a spa bath.
We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”
There is an apartment pool downstairs and available for you to use. There is also an BBQ in the resort grounds.
Parking is in the underground basement in the dedicated car park, or on the road side directly in front of the apartment. The car park has a 2.02 metre clearance. There is additional guest parking in front of the building entrance and also on the roadside.
We are NOT A PARTY, EVENT, FUNCTION, PROPERTY. IT IS STRICTLY NO SMOKING. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons, we would ask you to book elsewhere as we do not condone or want these here. On booking, if you haven't already told us, we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful waterfront house and the well being of our neighbours. If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress HIGHLY ENOUGH this is a high quality, luxury house for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet peaceful time whilst they are here.
The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean, if guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette butts/smell/burns (which we will have cleaned or repaired) the guest/s will be levied for ALL ADDITIONAL CLEANING AND REPLACEMENT COSTS.
