PET FRIENDLY - Ideal Home away from home for couples or small family groups. No extra charges for linen, pet fees etc. Smart TV, NBN internet via wi-fi is available and is included in the Tariff.
Billy’s Beach Retreat is the ideal place to relax, enjoy the beautiful beaches and explore the Sunshine Coast, Hinterland Villages & the various local markets. It is about 400m (5mins) walk to the beach and about 10mins walk to restaurants, shops and Coolum Surf Club
The home is well appointed and comfortable with the kitchen and living area recently renovated.There is a large patio area off the living room with an adjustable folding arm awning. Alternatively, you can relax under the large umbrella at the front of the house where you can enjoy an ocean view. For your entertainment there’s a Hisense Smart TV with Foxtel connected. There’s also a range of games, books and DVD’s.
The yard is fully fenced, where your pets can enjoy the flat lawn or explore the small natural bush area at the back of the house. Pets are allowed inside but we ask that they be kept off the lounge and beds. Stumer’s Creek is a popular local off leash beach where they can swim in either the still water or surf. The off leash area extends for 1km either side of the creek.
Billy’s is a peaceful destination for all to enjoy with access to all amenities.

Very comfortable stay at Billy’s with our little dog. In particular the kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils of every kind. Furthermore, we appreciated the thoughtful little extras such as mozzie coils and matches. The best bit about the house for us is its situation within walking distance of Coolum and we would return in the future.

Myself and my dog Honey really enjoyed my stay at Billy's Beach Retreat!The property was in a great location. Quiet area, easy to get to, with of street parking and a nice view of the coast There was easy walking access to a lookout area for a beautiful sunset over the beach. Its only a short walk away from many very nice dog friendly cafes, beach areas, parks and coastal board walks.The whole property was very well kept, clean spacious and comfy. Every small detail and any thing to make the stay more comfortable was thought of. Everything you would need and more was there.The back yard was fully fenced with good shaded and grass area as well as a nice landscaped area with a large variety of plants to add to the peaceful and natural feel of the property. Was great for Honey to explore and smell.The hosts Ken & Desley were amazing! They had great communication, responding to any question quickly. They were always friendly and accommodating.I would highly recommend Billy's Beach Retreat, for anyone looking for a nice time away with their family and furry friends Look forward to staying there again soon

Great holiday accommodation in great location

Location of the house at the top of the hill with an ocean view and very private is pretty amazing. Walking distance to the beach and main street with eateries. Off street parking can be a little challenging for exiting, as driveway is on a hill and around a corner without much space to turn the car around in the yard, so need to be careful when backing out of the driveway into the street. Good lay-out of the house and well appointed kitchen, with a huge cupboard full of games to keep you occupied during bad weather. Good size yard for the furry friends too, with outdoor seating for alfresco meals.
