Welcome to your exclusive canal-front retreat in Pelican Waters—a peaceful location just minutes from Caloundra’s beaches, shops, and cafés. Step through the striking entry and into a spacious, light-filled home designed for waterfront living. At the heart of the house, a sleek open-plan kitchen with stone benchtops, premium appliances, and generous island seating flows effortlessly into the main living and dining areas—perfect for gathering with family and friends.
Slide open the doors to reveal the outdoor entertaining zone: a resort-style pool, woodfire pizza oven, BBQ, Bali hut, and private pontoon await.
