As you enter the home, you first notice the vibrant living area that is bathed in natural light and decorated with tasteful furnishings. This air-conditioned space invites you to relax on the plush sofa with a good book, or to gather family and friends and host a movie night using the smart TV. The open-plan layout seamlessly flows into the well-equipped kitchen, perfect for whipping up delicious meals. Make use of the Nespresso coffee machine and the other many appliances this kitchen offers. Adjacent to the kitchen is the six-seater dining table which provides the perfect place to catch up on conversations with loved ones over a home-cooked meal. There is also a lovely laundry equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience. As you wander down the hallway, you'll discover three cosy bedrooms, each with its own unique charm.

Bedroom two:
Complete with a queen bed, this room also contains a ceiling fan, wardrobe space and tasteful touches.

Bedroom three:
The third bedroom features two single beds, a ceiling fan, and ample wardrobe space.

The bathroom is complete with a vanity and a shower. There is also a separate toilet.

Outside, you will find the real highlight of this home; the large, lush backyard and a firepit (BYO firewood). Fully fenced, this backyard is the perfect playground for your children or furry babies alike to roam freely. You will have access to the entire home and the fully fenced backyard. You may utilise the garage to park a singular car as well as the driveway and street parking for any additional cars you may have.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it. Getting around Maroochydore is a breeze. The property is conveniently located within walking distance to local shops, cafes, and the stunning Maroochydore Beach (15-minute walk). With its prime location and easy access to various transportation options, Maroochydore is the perfect base for your Sunshine Coast adventure.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
