Fully equipped with everything you need for your home away from home, this spacious well appointed duplex aims to please. Every detail has been taken care of with thoughtful effort to ensure once you arrive you can begin relaxing immediately.

A great house alternative, the home is split over two levels and features a beautiful galley kitchen with stunning Caesarstone surfaces and modern appliances. This heart of the home overlooks the upstairs living area to the large deck beyond where outdoor dining can be enjoyed and morning sunshine greets your day. An internal dining area opens to a balcony on the front side of the duplex, providing it's inhabitants with another living area to enjoy.

The master bedroom is also located on the top floor and adjoins the two way bathroom. Downstairs a central living area with a smart TV is the perfect escape for the kids. Two beautiful bedrooms branch off this living area and a full size bathroom with a bathtub services this level of the home.

A pool tucked away at the rear of the property is set amongst greenery and is the perfect place to relax, enjoy a swim and listen to the birds overhead.

Great holiday

We loved the location of the property, as it was an easy walk to the beach, park and restaurants. Overall the house was comfortable and had pretty much everything we needed, although a lamp, or two would have added to the ambience of the living room. We had a great holiday with friends and were very grateful that our little cavoodle could come with us. Also, the real estate managing the property were exceptionally helpful, with lots of great recommendations.

Great getaway

Great location with just a short walk through a park and streets of beautiful houses and gardens to the cafes, restaurants and shops, and just a little further to the main beach. We had a dog though so just a couple minutes drive to the doggy beach ( you can walk it but the hill back up is pretty steep). The property is very well appointed and comfy and the pool is sheltered and private. We will be back!

Short Stay

I moved to this property after having experienced a dirty and less than private Stayz accommodation. This property was the answer to my prayers. Extremely clean, very private, high end furnishings, it was blissful. My only disappointment was there were no coffee pods and I could only stay 3 days. I will absolutely be returning on future holidays. I highly recommend this property.

Myself and two friends just enjoyed a wonderful stay at 2 Ten Corona Street, Sunshine Beach. The property is fantastic. Spacious, comfortable, fully equipped, private pool, handy to Sunshine Beach, restaurants, cafes and Noosa. It exceeded our expectations!

Great location near beach shops. Nice property and pool. Check in process was a bit inconvenient as you need to go to the realty office to pick up and drop off keys which can be difficult without a car.Realty office said they would look into us leaving keys at the house but didnt followup. Overall great stay.

Great for a group of 6

Overall property was very good. Big and separate living areas was ideal for teenagers. Needs a little work on some maintenance (leaky taps and noisy fans) and the garden is very overgrown and not very inviting to use the pool as limited sunlight during the day. Good location but really a drive to anything in Noosa and surrounds.

Great house , neat and tidy and excellent facilities. location is perfect for a beach break with Sunshine beach, shops and restaurants an easy 5 minute walk away. Multiple and easy to get to bus options for Noosa make getting around without a car easy too.

Beautiful house.

Very nice place,fully equip and clean. The only small thing is the small driveway. Its hard to get in and out when there's another car park on the other unit especially when they have a big car. Otherwise I would recommend this place.

Quiet neighbourhood close to everything

Stylish, clean and comfortable. Although neighbours all around, we loved having the very secluded pool, shaded by lovely tropical greenery. Balcony also very private. Loved early-morning walkies with our dogs just a few minutes down the road to Duke Street cafes for coffee (extremely dog friendly!) and there are also a few very nice restaurants. Seven minutes' drive to Noosa, and 25 mins to airport. I can absolutely imagine us coming back. Recommend!

Property - tidy, comfortable and plenty of room for 3 teenage boys and heaps of space for Mum & Dad. Sunshine Beach is laid back. Duke St has great cafes and restaurants for breakfast / lunch & dinner with a friendly vibe. Penny was great to deal with, very helpful with lots of local knowledge.
