The customer service upon check in was great, however overall we were disappointed with the accomodation. The photos make it look a lot better than in person. Our unit had two new renovated bathrooms which were lovely. The bed spreads seemed dirty and the fridge wasn’t clean.

The host Mike was friendly and helpful. The apartment had been renovated to a good standard; note it is quite an old building as are many in the Maroochydore area. The cleaning of the windows and the surfaces needs improvement. Value for money given the cost.

The apartment on the 5th floor was absolutely great With ocean views and a balcony. The apartment was very spacious, clean and in a very good position. It was easy to get to with a lift directly from the covered carpark. It had all appliances needed including washing machine and dryer. The only recommendation is for the provision of dishwashing detergent and dishcloths as we were expected to have washed our dishes on exit.
