Large property with plenty of bedrooms within a 10 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of eateries available near by. Property can be split with a lockable door available, making two properties with two bedrooms, kitchen and living rooms. Has an upstairs decking with seats and bbq. Two car spots available but one is quite small. Direct lift access with good security. Kitchen has plenty of crockery and utensils.Negative things we encountered:Couldn't work out how to use microwave. No manual avaiable.Welcoming pack was very minimal and had to buy dishwashing tablets and handsoap.Bbq was not clean and not enough cleaning products available. No clean scraper to assist with cleaning. Pool was not looked after, but saying this, it is the responsibility of the Strata Committee and residents to maintain it.

Amazing penthouse

Spectacular, spacious apartment with amazing views and amenities. The location is excellent, quick stroll to the wharf, beach, fun shops and restaurants. The apartment is perfect for multiple couples or two families to share with remarkable privacy. Everyone who saw it decided to make note so they could be sure to book in future. Truly a gem.
