Two minutes walk from the beach, this luxury home is an entertainer’s paradise. Enjoy a large outdoor kitchen, dining, and sunken seating area, float in the heated pool and hang out at the indoor bar. Relax in the open plan living or retreat to the fully equipped theatre room for some time out. Fully air-conditioned with rain showers in all 3 bathrooms, it doesn’t get better than this! Centrally located on the Sunshine Coast, this is the perfect place for a coastal getaway.



The Space:

Designed for memorable stays, this beautifully styled home offers a luxurious setting for entertaining, unwinding, and reconnecting with family and friends. From the moment you arrive, the sense of space, comfort, and thoughtful design sets the tone for a relaxed yet refined getaway.



A standout feature of the home is its exceptional indoor–outdoor living. The expansive outdoor entertaining area centres around a modern heated swimming pool (please note spa jets are not functioning), complete with a sunken built-in seating zone and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. This space flows seamlessly from the downstairs bar and living areas, creating the perfect setting for long afternoons, celebrations, or relaxed evenings under the stars.



Inside, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area is light-filled and generous in scale. High ceilings over the lounge enhance the feeling of space, while comfortable seating, a large TV, and an eight-seat dining table make it ideal for shared meals and downtime. The gourmet kitchen is designed for effortless entertaining, featuring a large gas cooktop, double oven, double fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and a spacious butler’s pantry with its own sink and coffee machine.

The Neighborhood:

Buddina is perched centrally between Mooloolaba and Kawana along the beach. Including Point Cartwright’s cliffs, grassy hills, and the main beach along Buddina, it is the perfect beach holiday destination. Select from popular local surfing destinations, swimming areas protected from the surf, or the main beach, all available in and around Buddina.



It is only a short drive (sometimes even just a short walk!) to the Kawana Shopping centre, with a vast array of dining options, retail shops and cinemas, including Gold Class and VMAX options.



Another ten minutes away is the Sunshine Plaza, and the Maroochydore precinct, with even more shopping, activities and dining choices.

Alternatively, you can use this as the central hub to explore the whole Sunshine Coast, as it sits centrally with Coolum and Noosa to the North, Caloundra down South, or venture inland to the Maleny/Montville Hinterland.



Getting Around:

There is a double garage with room for an additional 2 cars on the driveway which is secured by the front gate.

Taxi and Uber are readily available. Bus stop is within walking distance of the house



Other Things to Note:

*Please not the jets for the spa are inoperable, the spa is more of an extension of the heated pool.



*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*



*Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.



*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally

The house was perfect in everyway.The kitchen was very well equipped from cutlery to an airfryer, sandwich maker...etc etc and a fabulous fridge!The location of the house is great, so close to the dog beach for our dog and for us to walk along as well as the promenade. We definitely recommend this home.

Hotel standard getaway where doggies are welcome.

We had a wonderful relaxing time in this beautiful house. My 2 adult children and their dogs joined us. Point Cartwright is a real pleasure with the sea/ surf beach and the river so close. Shopping centre is close by for all the essentials. The house is very quiet, well presented and easy to escape the heat and the rain. Very relaxing!

Luxury, location...love it!

It was fantastic...walking through that door into this luxury house, just set the scene for a great stay! A thoughtful welcome booklet on the kitchen island accompanied by a wonderful bottle of cab sav. So much space for the whole family, and a secure yard for our fur babies. Bit too cool to use the pool, but it looked so inviting. Crisp white linen, and comfortable beds! The beach and local cafe is 3 min walk once we discovered the walkway 2 houses down! I would absolutely stay again...3 days is totally not long enough to fully enjoy this place!
