We had a nice stay. It was very close to the beach. It would have been more pleasant if the trees outside were pruned so that we got a view even to the ground. Some of the branches were touching the bedroom window. Had it been windy it would have been really annoying.

The location of this property is perfect, in such close vicinity to the beach, shops, food, park, skatepark and surf club. The apartment itself, number 30, was amazingly set up. They had board games, kids toys, beach toys, picnic rug & umbrella, a cart to take your stuff to the beach. The cupboards were full of everything you needed down to ice cube trays full. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Arrived at the property and the pool was closed. Very disappointing considering that’s why we booked the apartment for my young kids to be able to swim. We were never advised or told. They tried to blame last minute.com that they were supposed to let us know, however I confirmed with them and the hotel were meant to let us know directly. Had driven 2 hours to get there so was simply told I could cancel or nothing more they could do. I wanted some form of compensation, even just $50-$100 but was offered nothing. I’ve since emailed a few times and have heard nothing. No apology or anything. Customer service was very poor. Would it stay here again.
