A 10 minute stroll along the beach to the Sunshine Beach SLSC to enjoy and a 7 minute drive to Noosa.
The front deck has views to the sea and beautiful viewing over Noosa National Park perfect for sunset drinks.
The large second level spacious open plan living, is light filled with high ceilings. A front and back covered, deck facing north and south to enjoy seamless indoor/ outdoor flow for perfect relaxed holiday living .
The spacious family-friendly kitchen looks out to the back deck.
The stylish bi-folding doors to both front and back decks invites lovely cross through breezes.
Take a swim in the 13 meter pool and enjoy the garden and pool house on the lower level with a kitchen BBQ area in the pergola,

There are ceiling fans and air conditioning in every sleeping room and main lounge area.
The main bedroom is large and situated on the second level with sea views and balcony sliding door. It has a king bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom.
The second level has a powder room off the main living room.
The two downstairs bedroom have queen size beds and are light filled. A large bathroom downstairs includes a bath and a shower, and a separate toilet.
The beautiful pool area is perfect for relaxing and has a pergola with kitchenette including a bar fridge.
There is an outside shower for rinsing off from the beach.
The property is private and is fully-fenced.

This is our second time at this fabulous home. Kids didn’t want to leave. Pool is big, bedrooms comfy, kitchen has everything you need. Dog and kids loved the beach. I loved Castaway for swimming and Sunshine Beach surf club for easy dinners. However it’s the upstairs living that is the best part of this house, different living areas and how the breeze goes through the whole house. So relaxing and space for everyone to do their own thing. Dinners on the deck out front, breakfast on the deck out back. Perfect. Unfortunately didn’t get to use the new fire pit as there was a fire ban in place, maybe next time!

Brilliant Beach and Bush Views

Views tick the wow factor including from the master bed. We love to cook and kitchen has everything we could hope for. Sunset@Sunrise has a lovely, comfortable, homely feel, which is rare. We love the house and appreciate all the extras. Having come up to many holiday houses we bring stuff we don’t need here! EG: wok, extra frypans, plenty of teabags, lots of glasses (we’ve had to buy some on one occasion), paper towel, toilet spray, torches, some basic condiments (we never understand why people/cleaners empty fridges and pantries of items with a long shelf life!) Our dogs met the doberman next door thru the fence and I chatted a lovely lady neighbour. Such an easy stroll to the dog beach! Also, just a couple of houses from the bus stop (free during holidays and a great option when roads and parking are congested. We were well settled and able to watch the super moon rise while we grilled rib fillet on the Weber ;) Wonderful grounds, pool and the views, wow!

Perfect house in perfect location

Very large spacious home only a short walk away to beautiful dog friendly beach. We loved our stay here very much. The back deck was our favourite spot for lounging and reading. The pool was a fabulous size but still a bit cold for kids to use in early spring. Food shopping and local places to eat were easily accessible. The place was very quiet with only the sound of the ocean to be heard. Comfortable couches for movie night cuddling up with the kids. Spacious master and ensuite with great shower. Over all a great family stay with everything you need.

Beautiful house with so many places to relax

We loved our stay here. The house is fantastic with views in many directions and lots of space for 6 of us. We loved the pool and the front deck for the bbq and views and the rear deck to look over the pool. It’s an easy walk to the beautiful Sunrise beach and a short drive to the Noosa National park. So much to do here or just relax in the deck !!!
