This spacious fully airconditioned townhouse apartment is part of a boutique complex located in a quiet cul-de-sac and a short stroll to the Noosa River.

Upstairs is the spacious main bedroom with a queen bed, air conditioning & TV. The Second bedroom is set up with a queen bed + a single.
Downstairs includes a large open air-conditioned living area, separate dining area and well-equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave . This opens out onto a private fenced courtyard and lush garden, with an outdoor setting perfect for relaxing with friends and family. Full size laundry with washing machine and dryer plus a second toilet. The communal pool is set in around tropical gardens and adjacent to the apartment.

Around the corner in Munna Crescent is the perfect launch area for the kayak or stand-up paddle on the river, or simply sit on the rivers’ edge and enjoy the view.
This apartment is perfectly situated only a 10-minute walk to Gympie Terrace on the river in one direction, or a 20 minute walk into Hastings Street and main beach in the other direction and not to forget Quamby Place along the way. They all offer a variety of dining experiences from world class gourmet to fish and chips on the beach or riverfront.
