We really enjoyed our stay at 5 Cassindah. It is a very cosy and comfortable townhouse with all amenities our family of 4 needed for a relaxing getaway.
We liked the location of the townhouse as well. It's just across the road from the Noosa river with a small jetty and sandy beach for a little swim in the river. The walk to Noosa main beach is about 2km which didn't worry us. It seems there is a bus that one can take down to the beach but we didn't investigate this option as we like going for walks.
There's a small shop about a 10 minute walk away for any essential groceries.
The property is managed by a real estate agent and we found the managers extremely easy to communicate with and very quick to respond.
The town house was nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable.
The only suggestion we have is to have some laundry powder and additional cleaning supplies at the house so that the holiday makers don't have to go shopping straight away for these essentials. Other than that it was a perfect stay.
This place was in a fantastic location. We brought our paddle boards with us to Noosa and the walk from door to waterfront was only about 100m. Near to the basketball court too. The property managers were excellent and extremely helpful when we locked ourselves out.
Stayed here for three weeks in Aug/Sept 2022. First week w/ husband and teen, rest on my own w/o a car. It was accurate to the photos, loved the beachy vibe, my husband was thrilled when we arrived here at the end of our trip. He felt like he could live here and set his "office" up on the couch under the stairs. This was a nice walkable area, I could easily take the bus up to the main beach attractions once I got the hang of things, plus you can walk to the mangroves, walk to places to people watch & places where people fish. Feels like a really chill community. There was a water glimpse across the road from a spot in bed. A kookaburra landed in the tree outside the balcony once, and the birds in the morning are really nice, at least until the leaf blower guy comes. Re: other comments: I get migraines and felt like the current curtains in the master were adequate for blocking out lights, and I think they listened to the other comments because there was a duvet not three sheets. The only recommendation I would make is would appreciate a little sturdy lamp or even ikea clip light by the master bed. Everything else was great. Would definitely stay here again, can't wait to come back to Noosa in the future. Communicating w/ the owners was good, they were very responsive and kind.

Great street - quite but handy to everything - Gympie Tce, Hastings Street, Ricky's restaurant and Farmers market all within easy walk - loved it!!
Great value and location. The curtains in the main bed are sheer and with the carpark entry across the road the room is lit up constantly throughout the night. Terrible if you're a light sleeper. I would also change the bedding to a duvet instead of three sheets but this is personal preference.

Very clean, stylish apartment. Had everything you needed. Comfortable, large sized rooms, great TVs, air conditioning upstairs was needed. Quite complex with mainly permanent residents who were friendly. The pool was very clean and refreshing. Close enough to walk to the river for dinner or ice cream. Curtains were quite transparent so up early with the morning light but apart from that we had a fantastic stay. We would definitely recommend the apartment and would love to come back again.
Great little property, clean, minutes to everything, but quiet and peaceful. More than adequately provided for every eventuality!! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!!
