Very Large 3BR Apartment by Kawana Beach ⛱️
3BR ground floor apartment in unique Mediterranean-style Italian villa, Solmare, right on the oceanfront. This residence is a true piece of art by the beach, just a few steps away from the patrolled beach and surf club. Take a leisurely stroll to the nearby shopping center and restaurants.
A magnificent family residence situated conveniently on Pacific Boulevard in Buddina. Recently tastefully renovated, this property offers ample space, making it an ideal retreat for a large family.
The 2 levels of this 2-storey house is completely separated from each other. Your space is on the ground floor, with your own private entrance, bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, and living areas.
I live on the first floor with my partner, and 2 cats, totally separated from your space. You might see me during check-in or if you need help, but otherwise, you have the whole place to yourself.
We love having families with kids stay here, and many guests return with their little ones to enjoy the beach paradise of Buddina. Feel at home and enjoy the peace and privacy of your own place.

⚠️ RULE #1
Our home is for residential purposes only. Strictly no loud parties or events allowed.
⚠️ RULE #2
Quiet hours are strictly from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM to maintain a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere for everyone, including our neighbors and other guests.
⚠️ RULE #3
Strictly no unregistered guests allowed. Our home can ONLY accommodate the number of guests indicated on the booking.
⚠️ RULE #4
Strictly no possessing, storing or consuming illegal or prohibited substances anywhere on the property, whether for recreational, medicinal, or prescribed use. We do not accommodate guests who use such substances, even off-site.
⚠️ RULE #5
While we allow alcohol consumption, please drink responsibly. Excessive intoxication or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
RULE #6
No smoking of any kind is allowed inside or on the property. An additional cleaning fee of $200 will apply if violated. Smokers must go across the road to smoke.
RULE #7
No parking on the property. Please park in the driveway for a maximum of 10 minutes to unload. Afterward, park on the side of the road or at the free car park across the road. Do not drive over or park on the lawn.
RULE #8
No glassware in the backyard as broken glass in the grass or sand area can be dangerous, especially for children and pets.
RULE #9
Our towels and blankets are for indoor use only. Please do not take them to the backyard or beach. A $50 cleaning fee will apply if violated. Beach towels are available upon request.
RULE #10
Occasional street noise may be heard, especially during busy times. Since we live on the first floor, you may also hear minor sounds from our activities. We work to keep noise levels to a minimum and ensure your stay is peaceful.
RULE #11
We have 2 cats living on the property. Please refrain from interacting with them without permission or supervision, and do not feed them, as they have severe food allergies.
RULE #12
Please report any damage immediately, especially if there is broken glass.
RULE #13
Lost keys will incur a $30 replacement fee. If you leave items behind, we can mail them back to you for a $30 + postage fee.
⚠️ Any violation of Rules #1 - #5 will result in booking cancellation and eviction without refund for the entire stay.
🤕 We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss/theft of personal belongings or valuables that occur on the premises or while using its facilities. By making a reservation, all guests expressly assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
