New hotel. Looks great inside. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The beds were actually comfortable and they offered both a soft and firm pillow, which I appreciated. Breakfast was served daily and fine. Super small room to eat in, making it difficult for a family bigger than 4. Pool was under maintenance and shut down, which was a big bummer for the kiddos. Area surrounding hotel is sketchy.

The pool was under maintenance the entire long weekend we were there and no one bothered to mention that at check in. In the room, the noisiest AC unit ever was ear level with the master bedroom (in a utility area). The bed was placed on like a tin frame instead of an actual bed frame so that was noisy too.

Hotel was convenient to UWS, clean, friendly staff, priced right. Wissota chophouse was a pleasant surprise, very good. Free breakfast was a thumbs down. Crowded, messy room with many items unavailable.
