Charming rustic villa, just 10 minutes from the Supetar on the idyllic island of Brač, ideal for families or groups of friends seeking to enjoy the Adriatic. Surrounded by natural beauty, it offers a peaceful retreat with a private pool and spacious outdoor area. With three cozy bedrooms, the villa accommodates up to 7 guests, providing comfort. Whether relaxing by the pool, exploring Supetar or enjoying Brač's pristine beaches, this home offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable vacation.

The interior of the villa exudes a cozy, homelike ambiance, spread across a ground floor and a gallery. The ground floor features an open-plan layout that seamlessly combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas into one spacious, inviting area. Large sliding doors connect the interior to the terrace and garden, creating a natural flow between indoor and outdoor living. Additionally, there is a hallway and a bathroom on this level.

Upstairs in the gallery, you'll find three comfortable double bedrooms and a second bathroom. Outside, the villa offers plenty of space for al fresco dining, lounging, or relaxing on a swing.

The house is equipped with all modern amenities, including air conditioning, satellite TV, Hi-Fi, DVD player, internet, a safe, hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, and ample seating. The fully equipped kitchen features a stove, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, range hood, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave.

Surrounding the villa is a beautiful, large garden filled with olive trees, offering plenty of privacy, freedom, and a safe environment for children to play. The outdoor area also includes an 8.5 x 4 meter pool, an outdoor shower, dining table, and both indoor and outdoor fireplaces/barbecue areas—ideal for gatherings and relaxation.

Guests have full access to all the amenities the villa offers, including the outdoor facilities such as the swimming pool and barbecue area. They are welcome to enjoy the entire property, making use of both indoor and outdoor spaces for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The owner is available 24 hours a day to assist guests with any questions or needs, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. At the same time, guests are guaranteed complete privacy, allowing them to fully relax and enjoy their time at the villa without interruption.

Perfect in every way

We are a family of four (17yo and 12yo children) and stayed here for 5 nights. It was perfect in every way. We were greeted by Goga who showed us around and explained about the property and the local area ( as well as providing us with some liquid refreshments!)The house was immaculate and very well laid out. The pool and outside kitchen were the highlights for us. The darts board was a bonus! We would absolutely recommend this villa to families looking for a relaxing stay. Tolles Ferienhaus!

Wir haben hier als Familie (2Erw. & 3 Kd.) zwei sehr schöne und entspannte Wochen verbracht. Das Haus und seine Fotos entsprechen dem was man vorfindet: Ein schönes, funktionales, sehr sauberes & gerĂ€umiges Ferienhaus mit tollem Außenbereich der verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten bietet. Wir haben ausschließlich die AußenkĂŒche (mit SpĂŒlmaschine!) und den großen KĂŒhlschrank im Haus genutzt. Unsere Kinder haben den Pool geliegt, nach dem die Vermieterin jeden Morgen sehr frĂŒh geschaut hat. Sie kĂŒmmert sich sehr und ist sehr hilfsbereit! Auch der Ort Skript ist recht nett und guter Ausgangspunkt um die Insel kennenzulernen.

Wir haben unser Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Sehr schöne Villa in Skrip, den Ă€ltesten Ort in Brac. Alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Die zusĂ€tzliche AußenkĂŒche ist sehr angenehm, die haben wir ausschließlich genutzt und hatten somit auch nie Essengeruch im Haus. Also rundherum alles top.

We had a lovely week in Villa Nika. We especially enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and grill, we only slept inside. With tips from the property manager we got a good view of Brac and saw many of the beautiful places on the island.

Ein wunderschöner, entspannter Familienurlaub

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir schon herzlich von der Besitzerin in Empfang genommen und mit kalten GetrĂ€nken begrĂŒĂŸt. Wir haben hier drei wunderbare Wochen mit vier Erwachsenen und drei Kindern verbracht. Es ist wirklich alles so schön wie auf den Bildern. Dank der tollen AussenkĂŒche und dem Steingrill waren wir eigentlich nur zum Schlafen im Haus und sind (fĂŒr uns) ungewöhnlich wenig essen gegangen. Die Ausstattung beider KĂŒchen lĂ€sst Nichts zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig und Dinge wie SpĂŒlmaschinentabs, Seife, etc wurden auch gleich von der Besitzerin nachgefĂŒllt ohne das man was sagen musste. Auch Feuerholz und Kohle wurden immer wieder aufgefĂŒllt. Die Kinder waren aus dem 1,50 m tiefen Pool eigentlich kaum rauszubekommen und die Erwachsenen haben es sich auf den Liegen gemĂŒtlich gemacht. Einmal die Woche werden die HandtĂŒcher gewechselt und die Betten neu bezogen. Auf Wunsch kam gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis auch eine Putzfrau vorbei. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen

Lovely,comfortable home.

We stayed here during a very hot week in July! The pool was a godsend,as was the downstairs airconditioning. The upstairs airconditioning wasn't so good as it was a single unit at one end of the landing. It didn't really cool the bedrooms,especially the ones furthest from the Unit making it difficult to sleep. Maybe fans in the rooms may have helped? Otherwise, the house was lovely. Good size and we'll equipped. It's well situated for shops and the coast. It would have been nice to have had more information in the house about local places to visit and things to do. Skrip is a lovely friendly village. We visited the Olive Oil museum which was very interesting and met Natasa who was kind enough to text us some ideas of places to visit. The distillery making natural cosmetics was great,such friendly people,all offering refreshment due to the heat. All the locals were friendly and welcoming especially Dravco who sits by the tree!
