This elegant 7-room villa extends across approximately 300 m2 and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The ground floor welcomes you into a spacious 60 m2 living and dining area featuring a panoramic window and direct access to the terrace. An open-plan kitchen is fully integrated into this level and is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout.

On the first upper floor, 4 bedrooms of approximately 15 m2 each are arranged, with every room featuring a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private shower and WC, air conditioning, and access to a balcony. The second upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, hosts 2 additional bedrooms each measuring approximately 11 m2. The first of these rooms contains 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private shower and WC, and air conditioning. The second room on this floor also features 2 single beds of the same dimensions and air conditioning, and shares access to a shower and WC. This upper level is further enhanced by a balcony of 11 m2, a second balcony of 4 m2, a terrace of 20 m2, and a partly roofed terrace of 11 m2, all offering a very beautiful view of the sea.
